Pascal Fettig
Executive Director
Pascal Fettig, Executive Director, has been working with the agency for Fifteen years. He has many years experience in the Human Resources field and has been working in the Social Work field for the past nineteen years as a Social Service Provider. His passion and dedication towards the welfare of children from all walks of life is immeasurable. His primary interest areas are: Law, Child Development, Psychological Science and Theories, Political Science, Languages, Computer Science, Traveling and Swimming.
Mr. Fettig has also been greatly recognized as being a crucial asset in child protective cases in which he has been the primary provider, Prior to developing a concentration on providing services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, he was regularly requested for the primary in high risk cases. His work ethics are above and beyond average and very adept to dealing with difficult people while remaining diplomatic and focused on tasks necessary to complete a case successfully. Mr. Fettig developed his career goals and skills in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, California and has been providing services in the following Indiana counties—Boone, Hendricks, Montgomery, Putnam, Fountain, Vermillion, Parke, Owen, Vigo, Tippecanoe, Hamilton, Johnson, Clinton, Tipton and Cass—making him a multi-available caseworker . Mr. Fettig has also been trained in parenting coordination as well as civil and domestic mediation and provides assistance to most of the parenting coordination services at MHABC.
Mr. Fettig is regularly sought out by the Boone County School Administration and teachers to assist in crisis stabilization of students with excessive behavioral issues, and Mr. Fettig has also participated as a member of treatment teams for the Boone County Systems of Care (BSOC) and a member of the Boone County Law Enforcement Crisis Intervention Team. He is trained in numerous crisis intervention programs and astute in an abundance of personality traits assessment formats.
Mr. Fettig was born in 1959 and raised in France and Germany during the early years of his life. He remains fluent in French. The majority of his education took place in Europe but he continues to pursue education throughout this day. Early on in his early post education career path, Mr. Fettig pursued a profession in mechanical engineering developing and patenting several pieces of equipment for a toy company and later becoming President for the same company. He later developed an interest in manufacturing of custom home trim development and built a company to supply quality specialty design trim to high scale custom home builders. This venture was later followed with forming a construction firm specializing in both home and commercial buildings in several states of the US. During this period, Mr. Fettig developed an aptitude in effectively working closely with various governmental agencies and negotiating as well as mediating different aspects of contractual issues.
Subsequent to these accomplishments, Mr. Fettig returned to his deeply rooted Human Services interest and began an extensive career in working closely with High Risk Families and assisting with creating an improved quality of life for those in need.

Rebecca Fettig
Business Director
Ms Fettig graduated from Saint Mary’s of the Woods College Summa Cum Laude earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She was elected to the Kappa Gamma PI for academic and volunteer excellence. Ms Fettig has attended the American Prosecutor’s Research Institute and the Indiana Child Advocacy Center’s Coalition’s “Finding Words” training. Ongoing work experience includes in-school programs on preventing child abuse and educating children about abductions and family conflicts. Having provided home-based services for two years, Ms Fettig secured employment with the Putnam County Child Protection Department for a total of ten months before returning to the home-based field, which had been her past employment. She has been with MHABC for the last fifteen years. Her move back into the home-based service field has shown to be pivotal to numerous families and children, based on the returned program satisfaction reports.
Ms. Fettig has vast background and experience in service related fields, bringing to the Mental Health America of Boone County the edge that it needs to reach its many goals. Katherine Pollock JD
Attorney at Law
Parenting Coordinator
Katie Pollock is an attorney and parenting coordinator (“P.C.”). She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Franklin College in 2000 and her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2003. She has worked in the Marion County civil court system, as a deputy attorney general for the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, and in private practice. Katie joined Mental Health America in Boone County in 2009. She has been trained in parenting coordination as well as civil and domestic mediation. She provides parenting coordination services to divorced or divorcing parents who are engaged in high levels of conflict over matters involving their children. These issues may include, for example, conflicts over parenting time, transfers, communication, medical, dental, and psychological treatment, child care, religious practices, holidays, vacations, clothing, extracurricular activities and education.
Lindsey Taylor
B.A.S.E. Program Director
Lindsey Taylor graduated from Indiana University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in reading. After graduating, Lindsey received her teaching license for kindergarten through sixth grade and completed her student teaching at West Clay Elementary in a fourth grade classroom. Her teaching experience also extends overseas to Australia where she taught in a fifth grade classroom at Langwarrin Primary School in Melbourne, Australia.
After returning from Australia, Lindsey took a teaching position at Forest Dale Elementary in Carmel as a reading specialist. While at Forest Dale she also taught third, fourth and fifth grade math as well as Title I reading groups.
Lindsey’s experience also includes working with the teachers at The Goddard School in Zionsville. She assisted the teachers with their summer program lesson plans and helped carry out daily activities with children ages 0-6.
After returning from Australia, Lindsey took a teaching position at Forest Dale Elementary in Carmel as a reading specialist. While at Forest Dale she also taught third, fourth and fifth grade math as well as Title I reading groups.
